Executive Director

Major Muhammad Shahjahan Sarker (Retd.), has been the Executive Director of RootTOP Limited since July 1, 2024. He is a recipient of the highest Gallantry Government Award. Beginning his career in the 1990s, he has become an expert in Logistical, Operational and Administrative Management. His extensive experience spans national and multinational organizations, encompassing diverse cross-cultural environments. He is skilled in strategic Evaluation, Planning, Development, HR Management, Project & Crisis Management, and media management. He holds an M.Sc from National University and an MBA from Southern University Bangladesh.
